Payments
We accept payments via Credit and Debit cards (e.g. MasterCard, Visa), Apple Pay, Google Pay and many others. We are always trying to improve the list of payment providers we support. Payments must be received in full before shipment of the products. We reserve the right to cancel any order not paid in full.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 week for all in-stock products. Please note that ClackX is a one-person company operating on a part-time basis, and shipping times may be longer during periods of high demand. Group Buy (GB) items will be shipped as soon as they become available. For more information on the expected shipping date for GB items, please take a look at the product page.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. ClackX is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to errors in the shipping address provided by the customer or any other factors beyond our control. Shipping costs will be added to the order total and displayed before the purchase is completed.
Warranty
The European standard two-year warranty covers all products sold by ClackX. Please get in touch with hello@clackx.xyz if an item you received is incomplete or not functioning correctly. I will do my best to find a solution to your problem. ClackX will replace the product or provide a full refund at our discretion if a product is proven defective within the warranty period.
Not included in this guarantee are the deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper manipulations by the customer. Please also note that due to the nature of some of the products sold, ClackX does not provide warranty coverage for any damages resulting from the assembly or use of the product.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within fourteen days for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original condition and packaging and include all parts and accessories. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The refund will be processed once received and inspected by the ClackX team. It is recommended to use a tracked and insured postal service.
Custom products or already used/modified products, e.g. a soldered PCB, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
